Sweet Christmas biscuits

Ingredients

  • VDP puff pastry dough - extra tolerant
  • chocolate
  • decoration sugar
  • egg

Baking advice

  • 25 minutes at 210°C

Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 1,5 to 1,75 mm. Place the dough on a baking sheet, prick and let rest for one hour in a cold place. Now cut the shapes as desired. Brush the shapes with egg and spread the suger on top. After baking, decorate the biscuits with chocolate.

Puff pastry is characterised by a flaky effect. This structure of layers is created by the turning of the puff pastry.
