Ice cream dough

A summer refreshment for your customers? Make this Ice Cream Dough using Van der Pol's Cookie Dough Chunks.

Ingredients

  • 2.000g Damco muffin/cupcakemix
  • 900g cookie dough chunks
  • 730g pure butter
  • 590g whole egg
  • 360g water

approx. 25 minutes at 180°C

Preparation

Mix the Damco muffin/cupcake mix with the butter. Then add the water and the egg and mix for 2 minutes with the butterfly in second gear. Fill the bottom of the ice cream cup with raw Cookie Dough chunks (cs. 4 pieces). Then fill the cup 2/3 full with muffin batter.
