Van der Pol Cookie Dough Chunks were originally developed especially for the artisan ice cream maker. The chunks can easily be worked into the ice cream in layers. Start with a layer of ice cream and then a layer of Cookie Dough Chunks. Repeat this step three times and then sprinkle generously with Cookie Dough Chunks for decoration. Think for example of banana-caramel ice cream with cookie dough or vanilla-cookie dough ice cream with extra chocolate chips. The possibilities are endless, so use your creativity!
