VDP & Callebaut

Last week Paul Huys (accountmanager) and Mark van Wijk (R&D) visited the Callebaut Headquarters in Belgium to give a presentation and a demonstration about our dough. Mark gave their R&D staff tips to process our dough in combination with their famous chocolate. At the Headquarters they test all the baking-stable chocolate for customers from all over the world. We are proud to tell you that they are enthusiastic and will use Van der Pol dough for all the future tests!
