5 kg VDP bladerdeeg

Bereiding
Rol het deeg uit op een dikte van 1,5 à 1,75 mm. Laat het deeg vervolgens even staan om krimp naar één richting te voorkomen. Snijd 17 cm lang en 2,5 cm brede plakken. 1/3 bestrooien met kaneelsuiker en 2/3 deel bestrijken met ei. Als producten zijn afgekoeld het gedeelte dat met ei bestreken is dippen in chocolade.
