Bereiding
Rol het bladerdeeg uit tot 2,5 mm. Tussen platen (onder druk) bakken tot bijna gaar. Daarna bovenste plaat verwijderen en gaar bakken/nadrogen. Afmeting: 12,5 x 3,5 en 3,5 x 3,5 cm.

Zoute caramel
Gebruik de zoute caramel bij de afwerking

Witte Chocolademousse met Vanille
Gebruik de witte chocolademousse met vanille voor de tussenlaag.

Chocolade decoratie
Chocolade verwarmen tot 45°C, terugkoelen tot 29°C. Gladstrijken tot 2 mm en snijden naar wens.
