Muffin dough

Ingredients

  • 2.000g Damco muffin/cupcakemix
  • 2.000g cookie dough chunks
  • 730g pure butter
  • 590g whole egg
  • 360g water

Preparation

Mix the Damco muffin/cupcake mix with the butter. Then add the water and the egg and mix for 2 minutes with the butterfly in second gear. Finally, add some Cookie Dough Chunks to the batter and fill the muffin moulds (approx. 60 g). Before baking the muffins, sprinkle on some chunks so that they are visible after baking.

ca. 25 minuten at 195°C
